Opening Day FAQ's
Where do I input the discount code?
When you get to step 3 of checking out, a box on the right hand side of the screen will display your total. Underneath the fee section, click "Have a discount code? Click here to enter it" and enter your discount code.
Where do I park?
While you are free to park where you would like, parking at the B&O Railroad Museum is included in each ticket price. Please be courteous to all guests and carpool if possible! Parking is located at 1100 James Street, Baltimore, MD 21223.
What's for lunch?
Bear Bros. Catering will be serving up an all-you-care-to-eat buffet with Pit Beef and Ham, Italian Sausage with Green Peppers and Onions, Hot Dogs, Burgers, Veggie Burgers, Raw Oysters, Fried Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese, Potato Salad, Cookies and Brownies. Beer/wine/soda.
What time is the party?
The party goes from 11:30-2:30PM, right outside of the museum at 216 Emory Street, Baltimore, MD 21230.
How late is the B&O Lot open?
Until 8PM on April 6th.
I ordered a combo ticket, how do I get my ticket?
Game tickets will be digital and sent to the ticket purchasers email. Tickets can be accessed via the MLB Ballpark app. NOTE: The email address you use to log in to the Ballpark app should be the same email you provide to the Museum in your ticket purchase. Do I have to order online?
No, you can order over the phone by calling Katie at 410-727-1539 ext. 3033
I'm a member, how do I get my discount?
If your membership is current, you should have received an e-mail with a discount code. If you haven't, or want to check the status of your membership, call Katie at 410-727-1539 ext. 3033 or e-mail [email protected]
Can I hold my unpaid tickets?
We're happy to add you to our request list, but any unpaid tickets will be released on March 1, 2023. Past that date we cannot hold unpaid tickets.
What if it rains?
Our party is held rain or shine!
Can my ticket be refunded?
There are no refunds on purchased tickets, but they are transferrable. Just let us know the name and e-mail of the ticket holder.
